Technical leadership in a small startup is very practical. You write code, plan work, review pull requests, talk to clients, estimate timelines, and make architecture decisions that the team can actually maintain.

The main lesson is that delivery is not only engineering. It is communication, scope control, demos, planning, and helping the team move without losing quality.

Good startup engineering is not about choosing the most impressive stack. It is about choosing the stack that helps the team ship, support, and improve the product.
